Twintervention
Love it or hate it, here it comes. Twintervention! Premiering on TLC June 27th at 10/9 c, this show features several sets of identical twins whose intense bonds with one another have reached unhealthy levels. While many twins have a strong connection with each other, the twins featured on this new television show have become inseparable, even as adults, and even as married adults. Would you ever imagine that your twins would be inseparable even in their adult lives? TLC introduces us to a few sets of twins like this, including twin brothers, Thomas and Jonathan, who not only live together, but share the same room, the same clothes, and even share the same underwear! What about when one of your twins starts their own family?
Meet Nicole and Danielle Rego, twin sisters (pictured above from their interview on the Today Show this morning). Nicole went so far as to move Danielle, who is single, into her house against her husband’s wishes.
And for those of you with twins who are just inseparable, there’s a pair like that as well on the show! Lisa and Debbie are twin sisters who spend 15-16 hours a day together.
So sit back, relax with some popcorn, and learn about the fascinating worlds of these three sets of twins as they each learn to find their own identities and become their own persons.
